Acuvibe Mini

When I first decided to review the Acuvibe Mini, I was pretty reluctant as it reminded me a lot of the Hitachi Magic Wand which I wasn’t a huge fan of (crazy I know). The Mini comes in a standard box with the picture on the outside, instructions, a charger and the Mini itself on the inside. Before using the Mini, you have to charge it for a full eight hours, during which the bottom of the mini lights up blue. There’s no real way to tell when it’s done charging, so you really have to pay attention to the time. After I charged the Mini and the light turned off, I noticed that there was only one speed setting to the Mini.

I turned on the Mini, to it’s one and only setting and placed it on my clit. It was very comparable to the Hitachi low, but it wasn’t able to get me off. The head is curved, so it’s able to better stimulate the clit, but I felt that if I applied too much pressure (which is how I get off) that I would break the tiny thing. While I’m not a fan of the Mini, there are a few things that I really do like about it. It’s rechargeable, so while it has to be attached to a cord for a short amount of time, there are no cords to worry about once taken off the charger, and there are no batteries to worry about. It’s small enough to fit in my (small) hands without being awkwardly large, and it’s blue, well, mine was at least.

The head of the Mini is made of vinyl, while the body is made of ABS plastic. So no, your Mini will not be waterproof, though a number of toy cleaners will help you keep it freshly cleaned, or you could cover it with a condom. All in all, I appreciate Babeland giving me the opportunity to review the Acuvibe Mini, but it just wasn’t for me.
